Who is responsible

The data controller and operator of Real Six-Love Dominoes is Stratlance Limited, Kingston, Jamaica. You can reach us about anything in this notice at sixlove@stratlance.com.

What we collect and why

• Email address: to create and secure your account, sign you in, and send password resets. Without it you cannot play online.
• Display name: so other players can see who is at the table.
• Avatar photograph (optional): shown at your seat. You choose whether to upload one, and you can remove or replace it at any time.
• Match history: the mode, result and seats of finished games, so you can see your own record.
• Table chat: messages you send at a table, delivered to the players entitled to see them (everyone at the table, or your partner only).
• Purchase records: if you buy Love Coins, we keep the order reference, the amount, the package and the outcome, so the coins can be credited and the purchase can be reconciled or refunded. Card and account details are handled by your payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Technical records: connection and error records generated while the game runs, used to keep it working and to prevent abuse.

Love Coins

Love Coins are a virtual currency for gifts only with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money. Real Six-Love Dominoes is free to play with no stakes and no cash out.

Legal basis

We process this data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the game safe and working. An avatar photograph is provided on your consent, which you may withdraw by deleting the picture.

How long we keep it

• Account data (email, display name, photograph): while your account exists.
• Table chat: deleted automatically 24 hours after it is sent.
• Player reports: include the reason, optional note and a copy of a reported message, its sender and time for staff review. Open reports remain until reviewed. Closed reports are removed on the daily retention run after 12 months from closure.
• Player blocks: saved across devices until you remove them or either account is deleted. Blocking hides chat both ways, prevents gifts between the players and keeps random seating apart. A current table continues.
• Match history: retained without your account identity after deletion, to preserve other players’ results.
• Purchase records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.
• Technical records: kept for a short operational period, then discarded.

Who else sees it

Other players see your display name, photograph and the chat you send to them. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2020 you may ask for access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your account and data, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and a copy of your data in a portable form. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica.

Account deletion

Request deletion from your profile or at sixlove.online/account/delete. You must leave any live table and type DELETE to confirm. Sign-in, profile, display name, uploaded photos, chat messages, presence, waiting lists, seats and gift controls are removed. Anonymous purchase references, gift records, coin ledger entries and match results are kept for financial record keeping, dispute handling and accurate economy totals. They are detached from your account. Financial records remain for the period required by applicable law. Protected administrative audit records require assisted deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact sixlove@stratlance.com. Already downloaded copies and provider-hosted photos are outside our storage; contact the relevant provider for their removal.

Moderation reports are retained after account deletion. If the reporter deletes their account, we remove their identity and note but keep evidence about an active reported player. If the reported player deletes their account, we strip their identity and message evidence. Immutable staff audit history remains protected.

Children

The game is for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
