Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 June 2026. This notice explains how personal data is handled in Six-Love Dominoes, in line with Jamaica's Data Protection Act 2020.
Who is responsible
The data controller and operator of Six-Love Dominoes is Stratlance Limited, Kingston, Jamaica. You can reach us about anything in this notice at sixlove@stratlance.com.
What we collect and why
- Email address: to create and secure your account, sign you in, and send password resets. Without it you cannot play online.
- Display name: so other players can see who is at the table.
- Avatar photograph (optional): shown at your seat. You choose whether to upload one, and you can remove or replace it at any time.
- Match history: the mode, result and seats of finished games, so you can see your own record.
- Table chat: messages you send at a table, delivered to the players entitled to see them (everyone at the table, or your partner only).
- Technical records: connection and error records generated while the game runs, used to keep it working and to prevent abuse.
Legal basis
We process this data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the game safe and working. An avatar photograph is provided on your consent, which you may withdraw by deleting the picture.
How long we keep it
- Account data (email, display name, photograph): while your account exists.
- Table chat: deleted automatically 24 hours after it is sent.
- Match history: kept while your account exists, then removed with the account.
- Technical records: kept for a short operational period, then discarded.
Who else sees it
Other players see your display name, photograph and the chat you send to them. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2020 you may ask for access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your account and data, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and a copy of your data in a portable form. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica.
Children
The game is not intended for children under 12. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
